No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (cut-to-order fabrics and textiles), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item you received meets one of the following conditions:
The product is damaged during delivery
The product is substantially different in color or style than what was ordered
If you believe your order falls under any of these exceptions, please read below for how to proceed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item, or if the color or style does not match your original order:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
Include your order number and a description of the issue
We will assess the case and either:
Issue a full refund to your original payment method (via PayHere), or
Send a replacement item, based on product availability
Non-Returnable Items
All items purchased on vybe.lk are considered final sale unless damaged or incorrect as noted above.
Return Shipping
If a return is authorized due to an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Processing Time
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item or verify the issue. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
